Unlike traditional elevators, which can take weeks to install, Barduva platform lifts (e.g., SB200 or AB300) typically take only 2 to 4 working days to install on a prepared site. Since our lifts feature a modular prefabricated construction and do not require a separate machine room, noise and construction waste at the site are kept to a minimum.
Our lifts are highly energy-efficient. For example, the AB300 belt lift model consumes energy only when moving, while in standby mode it uses no more power than a simple LED bulb. We can confidently say that the operating cost of a home elevator in terms of electricity is similar to that of a standard household appliance, such as a washing machine or a refrigerator.
Since each lift is custom-made, the final price depends on the selected model, lifting height, number of stops, design elements, shaft depth and other specifications. Our products are a much more economical alternative to traditional lifts, as they do not require complex construction, deep shafts or massive shafts, which saves a lot of money during the installation phase.

Yes! This is one of our greatest advantages. Most of our models require a pit of only 50–130 mm. If even this is not possible, the platform lift can be installed directly on the floor using a small access ramp. This is an ideal solution for renovated buildings where foundations or floor slabs cannot be disturbed.
The screw-driven drive (SB200) is characterized by exceptional durability and simplicity, making it ideal for both indoor and outdoor use. The belt lift (AB300) is our premium solution – it operates even more quietly, ensures an extremely smooth soft start/stop, and requires even less maintenance (no need to lubricate the screw with oil).
To ensure the lift operates flawlessly and the warranty remains valid, we recommend a preventive inspection 1–2 times per year for private home elevators. In public spaces with higher usage intensity, we recommend quarterly maintenance. Barduva’s partners will take care of the entire service history for you.
Yes, safety is our priority. All our models feature an integrated battery-powered emergency lowering system. In the event of a power failure, the lift automatically lowers the platform to the nearest lower floor, allowing passengers to exit safely. You will never be stuck between floors.
Absolutely. The SB200 and RB150 platform lift models are specifically adapted for outdoor conditions. We use corrosion-resistant materials, special roofing, and sealing solutions to ensure the lift operates reliably even in freezing temperatures or heavy precipitation.
We offer various control options. You can order a lift with magnetic card readers or key switches to ensure that only authorized persons can use it (especially relevant for apartment buildings or offices).
